The College Completion Redesign Initiative is a collaboration between Diploma Equity Project and university and college leadership to redesign student support and learning delivery systems to improve college persistence and completion for students.  This work is rooted in deep learning about students’ lives, experiences, and needs to ensure that redesigned systems follow from student voices and support more students on their journey to college success.  Diploma Equity Project partners with both four-year colleges and universities and community colleges in this redesign partnership work and has supported redesign work to serve first-generation students as well as adult learners.   We are joined in this work by the following organizations, each deeply committed to improving college completion for their students.
